IMPORTANT - CHANGES TO SYLLABUS
UPDATED OCTOBER 2nd, 2019
Please note that requirements for classes leading to provincial/national competitions have been changed significantly for 2020. If you are registering for individual or group classes eligible for provincial/national competitions please read the updated information, rules and regulations carefully.
Please note there is important information in the updated "What's New" for individual performers who wish to be eligible for Rose Bowls in the upcoming festival. The only route to individual Rose Bowls in 2020 will be through the appropriate concert groups.
Also - starting this year (2020) instrumental ensembles/bands will be eligible for provincial/national competitions. See rules and regulations for provincial/national classes below.
Festival classes that do not lead to provincial/national classes remain largely unchanged from the Syllabus published in September, 2019 . Please consult the updated "What's New" for some small changes. If you have any questions please email or phone the Festival office (709) 579-1523 for clarification.
